I am not sure who this should be submitted to but I need help. I have a question regarding area of a square and how to solve the math question with fractions. how do I change a whole number into a fraction

$\displaystyle 5 \, = \, \frac{5}{1}$

$\displaystyle 1432 \, = \, \frac{1432}{1}$

and so on...

WRONG Subhotosh !

2 = 4 / 2

5 = 10 / 2

1432 = 2864 / 2 ; and perhaps 1432 = 14/32 :idea:

2 = 1/(1/2), too
