1 pint = How many liters?

1 liter = how many gallons?

Short answer. NO. Neither measurement is in the Metric System.

Longer Answer. Sure, if you want, but why in the name of reason would you do that? (As demonstrated in the previous response.)

Introspective answer: If I didn't remember the conversion from pints to gallons, but I did remember the two conversion, pints ==> liters, and liters ==> gallons, I guess I might do that.

4. ## Convert pint to gallons

1 pint = 0.125 gallons (liquid)
10 pints = ?

At what step are you "using the metric system"?

But in the absence of that phrase, your answer would be a good hint (even though I would have done it differently).
