Those are the codes and they came up with them from the numbers someway

You appear to be asking us to "reverse engineer" a formula or algorithm that encodes some information. That is something that, if possible at all, typically requires many samples of data -- compare the work of scientists who are essentially trying to "reverse engineer" some part of nature, by doing many experiments hoping to recognize how each input affects the result. Even then, they can't be sure they haven't missed something.
