Finding areas of revolution.

I am in Calculus 2 right now and I have run into a problem. I know how to find the volume of a solid formed by a curve revolved about the y-axis, but this is the problem I can not figure out.

To form a parabolic solid with height H and radius R the region bounded by y = (H/R^2)*x^2 and y = H is revolved about the x-axis. Find a formula for the volume.


Some how I get the answer, (2/3)y^(3/2)(R/sqrt(H)), but I do not feel it is right.
