49,9% equals 20,41 tons weight, how do i find weight at 100%

I'm trying to figure out how much weight would be in each tank when 100% full. I only have the percentage, how much is in each tank and the current weight at that percentage.

49% means 0.49 times the whole tank- that is, to find 49% of a given quantity you would multiply 0.49 times that quantity. To go the other way, from 49% of a quantity, do the opposite- DIVIDE by 0.49. If 49% of the whole amount is 300 then the whole amount is 300/0.49= 612.245 (rounded to three decimal places).
