a small function problem

this is a graphics problem ...related to function.

what i did was , i put x=0 and then i get f(x)=|-6|+3/2 = 6+3/2=15/2

so, 1 and 2 gets eliminated.

out of 3 and 4 ...i have to choose the answer......but they looks almost similar and hence i am confused.

please help

Meanwhile, with regard to the exercise, I would suggest that you complete the square inside the absolute-value bars, to figure out which way (left or right) the parabola is shifted.
