I am wanting to help my 11 year old ADD son on Questions 12 e and 12 f in the PDF above.

I think that the answers are:

e. 60 degrees and 2 or 300 degrees and 10
f. 150 degrees and 5 or 210 and 7

If you can help me out in the answer, I can help him figure out how to get the answer. That is, if I am anywhere near the answer. Thanks in advance.

For e, I believe the answer is 60 degrees. I don't understand your "and 2". 300 degrees is also an answer but unless they indicated that they wanted the larger angle, it isn't customary to include it. Bear in mind that we could also give an answer of 420° (360+60) or 660° (720-60). If I read the instructions correctly, I think they want you to tell them that you subtracted 30 from 90 or that you saw that the 90° angle is divided into 3 equal angles of 30° each and the stipulated angle consists of two of those 30° angles. That's my "guess".

Thanks, I was thinking the 2, as how they may be "counting" how many "lines" from each point. Seeing as they are both on the same ring. They were asking for lines on the previous parts of 12. I know I am probably looking into more than being asked for, but I'm just getting to the point of not being able to help out. Thanks so much again. I need all the help I can give him.
