Hi,

I have another question :D

Reuther corp. has a debt to equity ratio of 0.27. The firm's management wishes to maintain the current debt to equity ratio. Given that Reuther corp has a cost of debt of 0.8 and a cost of equity of 0.5, what is Reuther corp's WACC?
