GPS Math Question.. Plot GPS Co-ord from distance and angle

Hello I have a set of Data with street intersections GPS co-ordinates. I also have a list of locations a certain distance from the intersection (such as 20 feet)..

So.

1st I need to get the Angle? Bearing? from two co-ordinates (intersections)
2nd I need to get the Lat/Lon of an object x feet from first co-ordinate along an imaginary line (the street) between the two co-ordinates.

This is not, of itself, a 'math question'. In order to make it a math question you would have state exactly what a "GPS coordinate" is and what information it gives us.
