I've been working on this problem but so far have only gotten that
(1)(lim(y->0) ln(y) + 1 ) = -infinity
The answer in the back of the book says the overall answer should be zero though.

EDIT: Okay nevermind sorry for posting I figured it out
lim(y->0) y*ln(y) = 0, lim(x->1) x = 1
(1)(lim(y->0) ln(y) + 1 ) = -infinity
