Your subject line says "Rational Equations", but the above is just a polynomial equation, so perhaps it is not formatted correctly...?

Also, you include no instructions. Are you supposed to "solve"? If so, how far have you gotten? Where are you stuck? You multiplied everything out, moved all the terms over onto one side of the "equals" sign, simplified, factored, and... then what?
