OPTION 1: HOW CAN ALGEBRA HELP IN PACKAGE DESIGN?

A plastics manufacturer wants to produce a line of cube-shaped food-storage containers. Because they will be selling these containers in the international market, they would like to use milliliters for the unit of volume.

Write a function that would give the dimensions for any capacity container. Explain how you developed your function and discuss its domain and range. Create a table of at least three values, plot those values, and graph your function. Also, explain why cubes are a good choice for storage containers.

I don't know why this problem is stumping me so much, but I just have no idea how to get started on it. Does it need a separate function for each value? Or is it looking for a function that include all dimensions at once. I am very confused on where exactly to begin with this. :(

Hint: What is always true of the width, height, and depth of any cube? ;)
