Am I reading the t and z-tables correctly?

So I'm trying to find the values for the question in the pic below. I'm wondering if someone could double check my answers? I'm a little confused about 2 of them.

My answers I got from reading the tables are:

i) 2.056
ii) 0
iii) -2.056
iv) -2.07
v) ?
vi) 2.07

I think I have most of the answers correct but I'm not sure about ii) and v). For i) I couldn't find the column 0.975 anywhere in the table so I just assumed the answer would be 0? And then for iii) and v) I have no idea what to do with the negative sign in front of the z.

I also noticed there are one and two-tailed options for when looking up values in the t-table and was wondering how do you know which one to choose? It doesn't seem to specify it in the question.

Check your book's definition of the notation they are using, and their explanation of using the table; somewhere they should tell you that the notation relates to the one-sided case.

A negative sign before anything means the same thing -- just negate the value.

For (ii), think about symmetry. I would expect there to be an example similar to it.
