anyone help please

First off what are your f(x) and g(x)
Then what is the formula for quadratic formula?(Hint: think low dhi - hi dlow square the bottom and away we go)

use the quotient rule to differentiate

y=2x^4-3/4x-1
The first step (actually step 0) is to write the problem correctly. I suspect that you mean y = (2x^4-3)/(4x-1) and not y = 2x^4 -3/4x -1 (which translates to y = 2x^4 - ¾ * x - 1)
