1. Calculate the fundamental frequency Eb6 when using the following tuning system. Round your answers, if needed, to the nearest 0.001 Hz.

a) Harmonic series tuning (keyed to A)

b) Just intonation tuning (keyed to A)

c) Just intonation tuning (keyed to An)

d) Just intonation tuning (keyed to F)

e) Pythagorean tuning

2. Calculate the fundamental frequency ratio (by dividing the higher frequency by the lower frequency), rounded if necessary to the nearest 0.000001, between D4 and G#4 under the following system:

A) Harmonic series (keyed to A)

B) Just intonation tuning (keyed to A)

C) Harmonic series (keyed to D)

D) Pythagorean tuning

I need help knowing what formulas to use. For 1a I did 440 × 7/5 × 2^1= 1232 Hz and I used this formula for b-d for 2a I did ( A× 1/1)/ ( A× 1/1) = 1 but I don't know if I'm doing it right.

I'm using the harmonic series and just intonation frequency ratio table as a reference.
