Applying Calculus in determining the presidential candidate that i will vote for

I am suppose to write a paper on how i can use calculus in determining the presidential candidate that i will vote for, using one of these topics.
Conic sections, limits, continuity, derivative, differential, maxima & minima. So far my ideas are making certain traits of the presidential candidates into variables,....

I'm pretty stuck, can you guys give me some ideas??
