Basic Algebraic equation unsure how to answer

7/4(c+2)=1/4-c

Solve for C.

Have the choices of...
A. C= ?
B. There are infinitely many solutions
C. The equation has NO solution.

Please help me out. In my thought process of how to do this... You move C over to the other side and move the 1/4 over.. It would look like: 7/4-1/4=-c(c+2).

I am not sure though. Hope you understand the question... and again, I'm not sure of the set up how to solve this. How would you get the ( ) to not be there?

If it the problem is \(\displaystyle \frac{7}{4}(c+2)=\frac{1}{4}-c\) then
\(\displaystyle 7(c+2)=1-4c\).
