Basic Cale: find points where tangent to y=x^4-8x^2+2 is hor

Hello,
I am a small problem solving this problem.

The problem says to find the points at which the graph has a horizontal tangent line.

From there have no idea.

If any one could tell me where to go with it and maybe.. explain why it works i would very much appreciate it.

That's right. So, there are horizontal tangents at the points on the graph when x=0, x=2, and x=-2. Just plug each of these values back into the original equation to find the y components for each point.
