Hey all i have basic question but i cant figure it out ><* bit embarrassing

Is there an easy way to work out 2^6?

i understand it means 2 to the 6th power or 2x2x2x2x2x2 but how can i work it out on paper?

right now the only way im aware of is 2x2 = 4, 4x2 = 8, all the way till i get to 64

is there a quicker way?

hope that makes sense thank you

Here is yet another way:

\(\displaystyle 2^6 \ = \ (2^2)^3 \ = \ 4^3 \ = \ 64\)
