So I’m making a histogram thing in google sheets for online class and my teacher showed us how to make a list of bins which then we can use to make a histogram. He used a data set of days and miles to demonstrate so his bin list started with 0 to 12 cause the furthest anyone ran was 12 miles. My assignment was to replicate what I had been taught but with 100 data points. I have everything figured out except for the bins. How do I know what number my bins list starts with? Is it my lowest data point? I don’t have days and miles, I have days and total students present for the day. Please help.
