If anyone could explain how the following problem is done, I would be very grateful! THANKS!

Okay so here's the problem:

Without actually constructing a Maclaurin polynomial for cos(x), you will find out how long it would need to be.

a) Use Taylor's theorem to determine the minimum degree of a Maclaurin polynomial that will approximate cos(2) to within .0001 of its true value.

b) Would that polynomial also approximate cos(3) to within .0001 of its actual value? Adapt your work in a to justify your answer.

c) Determine to two decimal places, the greatest value of x for which we can be certain that the same polynomial will approximate cos(x) to within .0001 of its true value.
