Hey guys, I am really struggling to grasp the change of basis matrices, could someone please explain how to solve this question from a past paper?

Given the change of basis matrix:
P(B' <- B) = {(0, -1, 0, 0) ; (0, 0, 0, 1) ; (0, 2, 1, 0) ; (1, 0, 0, 0)}

and the coordinate vector:
[v]B = {2, 2, -1, 2}

determine the other coordinate vector:
[v]B' = [a, b, c, d]
