Can anyone solve this cipher?

My friend gave me one last hint. The language for sure uses the Latin alphabet.
 
I don't think anyone is still interested, but I cracked it. The Spanish hint was very helpful! It says "Hola han encantado de conocerte." Thanks everyone for the help!! :)
 
So the actual code has nothing to do with the pigpen cipher itself, since the letters are randomly placed in the grid; it's just a set of 10 arbitrary symbols. I imagine you just had to list the symbols and guess as you would with any cryptoquote type puzzle, but in Spanish. I'm disappointed.
