I need to calculate the surface area of a coffee filter. consider it being wrinkleless. The radius of the top circle of the filter is 7.5 and the radius of the bottom circle is 4.9. calculate the surface area of the part that hits the air when dropped in this shape \__/.

Do you have any information on height or on angle between the "base" and the sides?

Imagine the filter, as seen from the side, set on a coordinate system so that its center is at (0, 0). Then the side goes from (4.9, 0) to (7.5, ?). We need to know either the height of the filter, that ?, or the angle the side makes with the base so that we can calculate that.
