You do realize that this is a math help forum and not a post your homework and come back later for the solution type of forum.
How can you make that mistake after reading the posting guidelines.
If you want help I suggest that you re-read the posting guidelines and post back showing your work so that we have some idea of what type of help you need.
Look at what the elements in R/H and G look like and think about a mapping that would work.
