Hey all,
It's been several years since I took vector calculus and I need some help. I have a vector in cartesian coordinates (vx,vy,vz) and a wall described by a normal vector [nx,ny,nz]. What I need to do is transform the vector into it's normal and transverse components (vn,v1,v2) but I cannot for the life of me recall how, nor am I sure if I am even using the correct terms to describe this. A little nudge in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
