changing bases in exponent

to turn 2^22 to 4^x -> 2^2=4 so 2^2^(11div2)= 2^2^11 -> 4^11 = 2^22
and 27^4 to 3^x -> 3^3=27 then 3^3^4 -> 3^12 = 27^4

If you mean
[imath]2^{22} = 2^{2 \cdot 11} = (2^2)^{11} = 4^{11}[/imath]
and
[imath]27^4 = (3^3)^4 = 3^{3 \cdot 4} = 3^{12}[/imath]
then yes.
