Determine the equation of a circle tangent to the lines 2x - y + 8 = 0 and 2x + 11y - 48 = 0 and contains the point A (1,6).
I thought to use a system but p2 and q2 and r2 from the circle equation give me problems. So I thought to replace all variables with q but i got nowhere with that.
