Hi, I don´t know how to deal with this:

When comparing climate impact (contribution of CO2 released to atmosphere) of different types of insulation, how do I compare the positive and negative impact? I want to compare this materials:
CORK -59 kg/m2
EPS +23 kg/m2
WOOL +96 kg/m2
__________
I can say that WOOL has 4,17 times bigger contribution than EPS.
How many times bigger is contribution of WOOL or EPS in comparison with CORK?
(mathematicaly -1,63 times, but that as an explanation doesn´t make sense, it´s not possible to imagine)

Thanks!

When a number can be either positive or negative, percentages just aren't an appropriate way to compare. There is no way to "fix" this.

Just say that WOOL's contribution is 155 kg/m^2 greater than CORK's.
