A person travelling towards the north-east with a velocity of 6 KM per hour finds that the wind appears to blow from the north, but when he doubles his speed it seems to come from a direction inclined at an angle tan−1(2) to the north of east. Show that the actual velocity of the wind is 32 KM per hour towards the east.
