Computation of velocity of wind

A person travelling towards the north-east with a velocity of 6 KM per hour finds that the wind appears to blow from the north, but when he doubles his speed it seems to come from a direction inclined at an angle $\displaystyle tan^{−1}{( 2)}$ to the north of east. Show that the actual velocity of the wind is $\displaystyle 3\sqrt{ 2}$ KM per hour towards the east.
