conic sections--ellipse: foci, center, vertices, axes, ....

I need some help finding the foci, center, vertices, major/minor axes, and eccentricity. I have no idea where to start.

The problem:
4x^2+4x+3y^2+24y=5

A good place to start would be to "complete" the square and then divide through to get the ellipse into the form:

. . . . .\(\displaystyle \L \frac{(x\,-\,h)^2}{a^2}\, +\, \frac{(y\,-\,k)^2}{b^2}\, = \,1\)

...where (h, k) is the center.

How far have you gotten on this step?
