Constructing a truth table

Since you've shown no work, I'm forced to assume you need a hint to even get started. Do you know what the upside-down caret symbol (the 'v') means in this context? If yes, keep that in mind as you proceed forward. You know that this truth table will consist of all possible values of p and q. Then the first row of your table will be:

P is true, and Q is true. Then what is the value of P v Q?

Now, what other combinations of values can P and Q take on? Fill in a row for each of those and you're done.
