How can you locate 0.2336\displaystyle 0.2336 on the unit circle?

You can't! Every point on the unit circle corresponds to two numbers, x and y values, not one. Now, if you meant "find the point on the unit circle at a distance, around the circumference, measure counterclockwise from (1, 0), then the point is (cos(.2336), sin(.2336)) where ".2336", for purposes of finding those with a calculator, is interpreted as "radians". That is, (0.97283, 0.23148), approximately.
