Ok i have it where it's the integral sign with 3 on top, 1 on bottom (i think integral of one to three) with (2x + 1/x + 1)dx inside
the given answer is 10 + ln 3. I found the antiderivative of the function and got 2x/x^2 + x^0/0 + x.
Then plugging the numbers in, i got 12. Which is definitely not right? I'm pretty sure i'm not anywhere close to on the right track. Can you explain how to get the correct answer?
