Are you talking about something like making a pie chart with 9 equal sectors? If so, then each sector would take 1/9 of 360°, which is 40°; and 4 sectors would be 4 times that, or 160°.

But if you mean something even slightly different, then that answer would be wrong. Please tell us exactly what you want to do.
