Designing a water clock using calc. Involves volume of revolution

Please help with this project. I am very confused of what to do. If somebody knows or wants to help will be much appreciated. I am a college student on calc 2 and we are working on the section involving disk/washer method and we have an assigment over it that i dont even know how to begin. I have attach also the work that I've done so far
