I don't really know how to solve this problem but here is my attempt:
s^2Y(s)-tY(s)-Y(s)=0
s^2y(s)-3-Y(s)=0

Ys( s-1)/(s-1)

I have no idea what this is supposed to be. It looks like a Laplace transform but it certainly is not.
