I expect you to start by stating the definition of a poset, and then trying to apply it to this relation. You may first want to explore what the relation looks like as a set of ordered pairs, in order to visualize its meaning, and what it means to call it a poset.

Do you know what is necessarily true in order to have a partially ordered set (poset)?
