Calculate the flux

where S is the mantle surface of the paraboloid and N is the inward (with positive z-component) unit normal. Can S be sealed to close the surface in order to use Divergence theorem?

May I put 2 lids on bottom and top part even if the restriction says 24<z<48?

This is what i've come up with but the integral from 0 to sqrt(48) does not converge...

Would you be asking this question if

S: z =3x^2+2y^2 + 24 and 0<z<24 ???
