The lowest point on the Great North Run is 15 m above sea level and the highest point is 75 m above sea level. Let h represent the height in metres above sea level.

a) Give a double inequality, using h, to describe the range of heights above sea level for the race.

Long time without doing maths and i am stack in some like this Sorry.

Just like you know what the +, -, x symbols mean you need to know what the between symbol is.

<x< is the between symbol (for x). That is a<x<b means that x is between a and b.
Can you figure out what a<x<b, a<x<b and a<x<b mean?

For example, if y was between 7 and 9 not including the end points one should write 7<x<9
