If I was being critical of anyone it was whoever wrote the question; I certainly didn't mean to disparage your contribution. ??

My concern was that the OP appeared to be struggling (quite badly) with simple percentage calculations and if s/he was able to correctly round (approximate) the 'result' of 10/247 , ie: to 4.0%, then (comparing that to the 4.1% stated in the problem) it might lead him/her to 'question' whether 10 was, indeed, the right answer. ?

However, the OP does appear to have 'gone off' quite happy, so all's well that ends well. ?
