I'd look to see what a nanosecond is: http://www.crucial.com/library/glossary.asp Once you know that, you can multiply by 0.1 to find the value of "b" in seconds. Then, look to see what a picosecond is....I'll let you do that part. You can go to Google and type this in: what is a picosecond You will get numerous sources that tell you the answer. Multiply the value of 1 picosecond by 100, and you'll find the value of "c" Ok, now the "ball is in your court."
