Hi,
I have the following question which I cannot comprehend, any help/solution would be greatly appreciated.
Matrix:
h -2 6 4
0 (h+1) (h-3) 3
0 0 (h*h-4) (h-2)
and the question posed is: "This matrix is not in echelon form for all values of h. Which values of h are unmissable for solving whether or not the augmented matrix is in echelon form?"
