Any ellipse with center at \(\displaystyle (0,0)\) looks like\(\displaystyle \dfrac{x^2}{a^2}+\dfrac{y^2}{b^2}=1\)
In this question \(\displaystyle a=2~\&~b=4\) because the major is vertical of 8mi.
