Hi, I have a parabola y = .25x^2 - 2.25x +3.

How do I put this into the form Ax^2 + Dx + Ey + F = 0?

Subtract y from both sides; that will give you an equation with zero on one side.

If you need more help, then please show your work. Cheers. 8-)

Hint: Under the (fairly standard) assumption that the coefficients are supposed to be integers, multiply through by "100" to get rid of the decimals.

What is the "exact" question?
