Assume a total 10,000,000 people (tourists) visit a small country in a year.

A model is built from general demographic variables attempting to guess who those tourists might be.

The model generates 100,000 people that were expected to have been a tourist to the country.

The model data was checked against a known list of 10,000 visitors, of which, 1,000 tourists from the model matched.

It is unknown how many the remaining people in the model (99,000) match the remaining unknown visitors to the country (9,990,000).

Based on the data at hand, what is the implied accuracy of the model?

Thank you!
