I am unsure of how I would work this; any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I'd start by making a Venn diagram to work out how many take each possible combination. You'll have to read carefully and think, but you can find how many take only Economics. Then you can start thinking about probability.

Please show what you can do and where you are stuck, so we can help you:

Here is a start in the Venn diagram.
venn3df.gifThe \(d=3\) can you explain why?
\(a+b+f+f=35\) can you explain why? What \(g=~?\) and why?
Why are are there but three numbers in the P(physics) circle?
