A town is growing exponentially. In 1900 it had 4,000. By the year 2015 it had risen to 119,768 people. Write an equation for the growth G given x years since 1900.



Equation will start of as G(x)=4000(???) I am stuck after that...

There are several different ways to write an exponential growth formula, depending on how you are learning it (and what else you've learned), so we need to see what you have been taught. If you can't write any more of this, can you show us an example of such a function that you were given? And while you're at it, you might try copying that example for this problem -- you might even turn out to be right!
