Still looks suspicious; is it:
[(2 x^-6 y^-4 z^0) / (3^-2 x^-2 y^-8 z^5)]^3 ?

And what's the question; what are you asked to do with it?

I am supposed to evaluate and simplify the problem.
"Evaluation" is one process, involving plugging numbers in for letters. "Simplifying" is another process, not (generally) involving numbers.

What are the instructions?

Thank you.

Eliz.

What grade are you in, Linda?
Do you know what z^0 is equal to?

Did you know that x^-2 = 1 / x^2 ?

Are you SURE you typed it in correctly?
What does the FULL problem state?

The instructions say -

Simplify and Evaluate, the problem is typed exactly as on my assignment.

Since no values are provided for the variables, following these instructions is not possible. Sorry.
