Find amplitude and frecuency of this functions

Hi everyone! I need your help to find the amplitude and frecuency of this functions:


a) h(t)=floor(sin(4t))+2
b) f(t)=abs(ceil(t/3))


I really appreciate all your help because I'm confused whith this.

With which part are you confused? Do you need help with the meaning of "floor" or "ceiling", with "amplitude" or "frequency"? Or something else?

Well, I am confused with both. I don't know how to get amplitude and frecuency. By example:

f(x)=3sin(t)
Amplitude = 3
Frecuency = 2pi/t

But in this two functions how is the way to get this data. I hope you can understand me.
